What Pawkeo is
Pawkeo is a directory of pet boarding, grooming and training businesses. We are not a booking platform: we do not take bookings, hold client funds, or act as an agent for any listed business. Contacting or booking a business found on Pawkeo is a matter between you and that business.
Accuracy of listings
We check listings against public licensing and review data, but businesses change — opening hours, prices, licensing status and availability can be out of date. Always confirm details directly with a business before booking, especially licensing and insurance for boarding kennels and catteries.
Premium listings
Business owners can pay for a premium listing (featured placement and a verified badge) on a recurring monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your premium status ends at the close of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Using the site
Do not scrape, republish, or use automated tools against Pawkeo without permission, and do not submit false enquiries or false claims to a listing.
Liability
Pawkeo is provided as-is. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any listed business, or for losses arising from relying on out-of-date listing information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
