- Take the Lead is a friendly, reliable and professional dog walking service covering Consett, Shotley Bridge and surrounding areas. Run by two dedicated sisters, both are experienced dog owners who work closely together to ensure your furry friends receive all the love, care and attention they need and deserve. Both are DBS checked and are fully insured, specifically tailored for dog walking, pet transport and key holding. We'll come to you for a free home visit, to find out more about you and your pets and discuss your specific requirements. Our priority is to provide a safe, fun and socially fulfilling experience on every walk - all our groups are individually shaped to suit each dogs needs. Cat pop ins and small pets cared for too.
