We will visit you in your own home, in the specified areas Visit Times can be anywhere between the following times Morning Visits 7am-12pm Evening Visits 4pm-9pm (These times are rough guides due to being a mobile service) New Customers can book 7 days in advance, Existing Customers can book services 5 days in advance of Visits Commencing. Any later than these time frames will result in a late booking fee being applied of £20. You will have to contact a member of staff to confirm your booking. Cancel services no later than 24hours of each visit, later than 24 hours cancellation will incur in loss of your Visit Fees.
