- Hi, I'm Stacey-owner of Groom on the Broom, the only fully qualified groomer in Seascale. I have qualified with OCN to achieve my Level 3 Diploma in dog grooming and first aid in order to offer a professional, friendly and fully insured service. Dogs have always been a passion for me which is why this business is so much more than just a job and why I invested so heavily in my professional training and equipment. I fully understand that your dogs are a huge part of your family so they will always be treated with the love, care and respect that you would expect. I can't wait to meet you and your pooches.
