- Reiki provides the time and space for clients to take time out, re-connect with their inner self, their truth whilst gently healing and releasing the energy and experiences that no longer serve them. Reiki works with the whole person/animal, and the root cause of ill health. Chronic illness starts in the mental and emotional energy field as we experience trauma throughout the life span. Our energy field becomes blocked and this is when physical symptoms start to manifest. Reiki works from the inside out on the root cause and not just the physical symptoms. Prior to training in Reiki I was a nurse in the NHS for over 20years. I have always had an interest in natural health and wellbeing. I also offer a mobile service if requested.
